Our Executive Director, Seth Panyin Boamah represented Thinking Minds Ghana as the only Ghanaian participating Enterprise Support Organization at the Gender Inclusion Boot Camp in Nairobi, Kenya, hosted by Value For Women Ltd., in collaboration with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH for ESOs in Africa.
There was insightful conversations and access to special tools to create a data driven and evidence-based understanding of the challenges, priorities and developing strategies for gender inclusion to increase the active participation of women-led start-ups in the ecosystem.
To this end, a roadmap for a more deliberate gender strategy has been developed for Thinking Minds Ghana. Special thanks to the Value for women team for this opportunity.
